The Human Resources Department operates Monday through Friday.

Parking

Underground parking is available at the cross streets of Tulare & Van Ness. The parking fee is $3.00 for the first hour and $1.00 for each hour after for a max of $9.00 for all day use.

Directions

From Freeway 41 take the Tulare Exit, Turn West going towards Downtown. FCOE is located on Van Ness Between Fresno & Tulare Streets.

From Highway 99 take the Fresno Street Exit. Turn East going towards Downtown, stay in your left lane as the lanes divide. Turn Right on Van Ness. FCOE is located on Van Ness Between Fresno & Tulare Streets.
