June 2024 Employee of the Month

It is with pleasure that we honor Annie Sharp, Senior Director in Data Strategy & Improvement, as the June 2024 Employee of the Month.

Annie is not only an amazing leader, but an incredible human. Every day she comes to work wanting to serve her team, FCSS and districts. In the past three years her team has grown, and she has been diligent in ensuring the onboarding process is smooth and supportive. Annie puts her team first, supporting their professional and even personal growth. She goes above and beyond to also support other departments in the organization. 

Annie is incredibly smart and has strong leadership skills. She has been able to use her expertise in Improvement Science to assist various departments in improving their service to districts. She has also been part of the Foster Youth Network Improvement Community in collaboration with Cradle to Career. The service to the community because of this NIC has far exceeded expectations. 

As a result of Annie’s work and leadership, in this NIC and in conjunction with other projects, more students are graduating high school, coming to school on a consistent basis, improving literacy rates and are welcomed on campuses. Annie is committed to serving Fresno County’s most vulnerable students and advocating for their needs.
