Del Cederquist Board Member of Distinction Award

“Awarded to the Fresno County School Trustee who best exemplifies the integrity, honesty, leadership and judgement that puts the best interest of the students first and foremost in every board decision.”

Applications are now being accepted for the 2024 selection process. Please see the items needed as listed on the nomination form attached. The application deadline for this year’s award is March 1, 2024.

Any Fresno County School Superintendent, any Chancellor of State Center or West Hills Community College, any Fresno County School Trustees Association member board, or individual board member may place any individual board member into nomination.

A committee made up of the recipients of the award and past Presidents of the Association will serve as the selection committee. This process will be conducted confidentially from the nomination process thru to presentation of the award. It is our desire to surprise the honoree(s) with this award.

Presentation of this year’s award will take place at the Fresno County School Trustee Associations Spring Dinner on April 16th, 2024.
