Notification of Destruction of Individualized Education Plan Records

The Office of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools (FCSS) will be destroying Individualized Education Program (IEP) records of students who were enrolled at Alice M. Worsley School with a date of birth that falls on or before March 1, 2001. Records will be destroyed on 4/01/2026. If you wish to obtain a copy of your records or have any questions, you may go to the FCSS main office to place a request for records in writing or you may contact:
