Module A: Context for Teaching and Learning
The purpose of the following tools is to have reflective conversations between the support provider and teacher. See below for the 6 items that will need to be uploaded to the Digital Portfolio. Please complete Module A by October 25, 2013.

A-1: Class/Student Services Profile (General Education)

This is a sample template that may be used to document this activity. If your district has a data management system (i.e. Data Director, Illuminate, etc.) you may submit a sample report of your student data to document this activity. Just be sure to black-out students' last name.

A-2: Instructional Environment
This tool is designed for you to show a "Before & After" of your classroom layout and/or seating chart. Be sure to discuss the conversation points at the bottom of the page.

A-3 School and District Information Resources
The goal of this tool is to have meaningful conversations about your District & School site data.
*Not necessary for BTSA Year 2 teachers that are continuing at the same school site as Year 1.

A-4: Home/School Communication
You will be required to document at least 20 contacts with your student's families. You may use this tool to document the conversations or create your own.

A-5: Site Orientation Checklist
You will need to make an appointment to sit with your site administrator to complete this document. Upon completion, your site administrator will need to sign prior to uploading the document.

A-6: Community Connection
You will need to complete the questions on this document and have a meaningful conversation with your Support Provider before uploading to the Digital Portfolio.
