February Superintendent’s Superstar shines

Samuel De La Cerda is in fifth grade at Starr Elementary School in Fresno Unified School District. He has a twin brother, Elijah, who has Down syndrome. Samuel wrote a children’s book titled “Am I Invisible?” The book deals with finding your voice in the world and learning to love yourself.
