October Superintendent’s Superstar shines

Nalani Otero is in eighth grade at West Park Elementary School in the West Park Elementary School District. She is a proud third generation West Park student and current Student Body President. Nalani has served on the student body the last three years. She is a natural leader.

Nalani is a hard-working, respectful, kind and positive role model for all the students to follow. She participates in all school and classroom activities, including the daily raising of the flag and ringing of the school bell. She has also participated in speech and debate and is active in school sports.

Her work ethic, combined with her natural sense of citizenship, displays the characteristics of a true West Park Wolf. Nalani is delightful and responsible in her efforts to make her school a success.
