September Employee of the Month with Superintendent Copher and Board of Education

We honor Tiffany Manha, Speech Language Pathologist, Special Education/Speech, as the Employee of the Month for September 2026.

Tiffany is an outstanding Speech Language Pathologist whose energy, dedication and genuine joy for her work make her a true pillar of our school community. As a passionate champion for our youngest students and their families, she brings warmth, positivity, fun and heartfelt passion into every space she enters.

Every day, Tiffany arrives at work full of life and enthusiasm, ready to tackle the challenges and celebrate the victories of supporting preschool children with autism. Her colleagues consistently describe her as an exceptional teammate who elevates everyone around her.

Tiffany’s impact reaches far beyond the school day. Last April marked her 13th year organizing a meaningful Autism Awareness event in her community of Kerman with accessible games, activities, parent booths and vendors. Her journey began while working as an SLP for Kerman Unified, where she was deeply moved by her IEP meetings with parents of children with autism who shared their feelings of isolation and uncertainty about the future. Determined to make a difference, Tiffany started a small playgroup so these families could connect. Those monthly gatherings continue to this day.
