October Employee of the Month with Dr. Copher and Board of Education

We honor Greg Vann, Paraeducator, Special Education at Beth Ramacher Development Center, as the Employee of the Month for October 2026.

Greg, a Paraeducator at Ramacher for more than 10 years, is deeply dedicated to providing a top-notch educational program for students. His implementation of behavior intervention strategies is exceptional, as he brings patience, a calm demeanor and consistency.

Greg is a valued member of his team. He has a positive attitude and his coworkers appreciate him. Greg routinely assists the classroom teacher with extra projects, such as planning school dances. He also takes on the responsibility of riding along with students who need assistance on the bus.

Most importantly, Greg is extremely reliable. His classroom team can always count on him to step in and assist with challenging behavior situations. He brings his A-game every time!
