Superintendent Superstar October 2026

A senior at Washington Union High School, Elizabeth’s dedication, determination and accomplishments are what truly set her apart. She has demonstrated an impressive commitment to academic excellence while actively taking on challenges that foster both personal and professional growth.

A dedicated four-year member of the Robotics Pathway, Elizabeth serves as President and competes on the team, helping earn several team recognitions and qualifying for Nationals last school year. Her work reflects her strong problem-solving skills, initiative and commitment to teamwork.

Elizabeth is also a founding member of the campus theater program, StageCats Playhouse Theater. Since its establishment in 2025, she has starred in lead roles in Willy Wonka and The Last Radio Show and has already been cast in this winter’s upcoming production. Beyond the stage, the entire district recognizes Elizabeth as a reporter for Grapevine News, where she is filmed reporting on district-wide events throughout the year.

Alongside her extracurricular involvement, Elizabeth excels as a dual-enrollment student and campus student worker. Balancing college-level coursework, robotics, employment and high school responsibilities require exceptional time management, maturity and perseverance.
Most impressively, Elizabeth has maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout. Her work ethic, leadership, and determination inspire those around her.

Elizabeth plans to attend either Fresno Pacific or Fresno State to major in English and is considering a career as a librarian. In line with Washington Union High School's mission — to ensure every student is Academically Successful, a Responsible Citizen, and Part of an Engaged Campus (ACE), Elizabeth is a true ACE, fully prepared for her college and career endeavors.
