The PPS department provides school psychologist services to schools and districts on an annual contract basis. We receive and process all student referrals to FCSS special education programs for students with severe disabilities. PPS also provides records support.

Referrals to FCSS Special Education Programs
- Referrals to FCSS special education programs for students with severe disabilities are submitted to sped-referrals@fcoe.org
- Special Education programs include Extensive Support Needs(ESN), Emotional Disturbed (ED), Circles (autism), PIP (pre-K autism), Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Read more about Special Education programs
