Public notice -- Individualized Family Service Plan records

The Fresno County Office of Education and Pupil Personnel Services Department will be destroying IFSP records of students with a date of birth on or before Dec. 31, 2012. IFSP records during this time frame will be destroyed on Nov. 2, 2015. If you wish to obtain a copy of your records, you may contact Claudia Flores, Sr. Office Assistant, prior to Oct. 26, 2015 at (559) 265-3001.
