December Superintendent’s Superstar shines

Tia is a senior at Central High School – West Campus. She is student body president and an Advanced Placement student with a 4.14 GPA. Tia is also a four-year swim and water polo athlete.

Tia has completed more than 100 hours of community service through Central High School, including volunteering at the Poverello House during the holiday season wrapping gifts, volunteering at ZooBoo, volunteering at the sock drive through the Fresno Rescue Mission and serving at the Convoy of Hope at the Fresno Fairgrounds.

She also coached splash ball in the youth aquatics program at Central Unified School District and started her own project of handing out care packages to the homeless in downtown Fresno.
