May 2023 Employee of the Month

It is with pleasure that we honor Jessica Gutierrez, Behavioral Health Clinician I in All 4 Youth, as the May 2023 Employee of the Month.

Jessica has been in her position since Nov. 1, 2018. Her original hire date was March where she was employed in the Student Services department as a Behavioral Health Clinician I working with age 0 to 5 population for the Mid-Level Development Assessment project, screening and linking families to appropriate services.

Currently working in All 4 Youth, she not only holds a high caseload and meets her productivity, but she goes above-and-beyond serving youth and families in the Kerman area. School staff in Kerman describe her as a supportive and collaborative partner for the youth and their families. Jessica is able to use her unique talents to treat and encourage the youth she serves. She is trusted and valued clinician, as well as a kind and compassionate person. She is always willing to assist others in need and she is respected by her colleagues. She positively impacts the lives of the youth she serves.
