Superintendent's Superstar March 2025

Zoe, a senior at University High School, is a distinguished student leader and a shining example of dedication and perseverance. With a GPA of 4.029, Zoe demonstrates academic excellence while balancing a range of leadership roles and extracurricular activities.

She currently serves as the President of the Black Student Union and Captain of the Debate and History Day teams, where she leads her peers with passion and integrity. Beyond her school commitments, Zoe is deeply engaged in programs that cultivate leadership and service. She has spent her summers participating in prestigious initiatives, including West Point’s Summer Leaders Experience, the Ronald Reagan Student Leadership Program and Camp Royal, a leadership camp sponsored by Rotary. Additionally, she participated in FCSS’ Ujima program and serves as a Cabinet Member on Dr. Copher’s African American Youth Excellence Series Cabinet, contributing her voice and insights to shaping educational policies and initiatives for African American students.
Zoe's commitment extends beyond the classroom and leadership programs. She demonstrates extraordinary dedication by driving an hour each way to attend University High School, exemplifying her determination to pursue academic and personal growth. Zoe has received Congressional support with her application to the United States Military Academy West Point and is waiting for her acceptance. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and service inspires her peers and community.
