April 2025 Employee of the Month

Jennifer Callahan - April 2025 EOM

We are pleased to honor Jennifer Callahan, Accounting Technician in Business Services, as the April 2025 Employee of the Month. 

Jennifer began her career with FCSS during the challenging COVID era, quickly adapting to new processes to ensure the continuity of an essential department. From the start, Jen has "shown up and shown out" for her Accounts Payable team, the program departments she serves, and, most importantly, the students who depend on her work.

Some of her most notable achievements include:

  • Playing a key role in the thought process, testing and launching of the new Laserfiche Accounts Payable Cache.
  • Working diligently to ensure timely payments for every new Teacher Residency Division (east and west) resident.
  • Collaborating with Early Child Education to ensure over 1,000 stipends are paid out at year-end.
  • Demonstrating excellent auditing and communication skills to provide necessary details

Jennifer’s positive attitude and unwavering dedication have inspired her team. Her ability to handle challenges with grace and genuine care for her colleagues and the community makes her an invaluable member of FCSS.
