September 2025 Employee of the Month

We honor John Tsvirinko, Information Technology Specialist in Information Systems & Technology, as the Employee of the Month for September 2025.

John joined FCSS as an Information Technician in December 2020 and quickly established himself as a knowledgeable and dependable technician. He was designated as the primary support for the Superintendent's office staff due to his professionalism and outstanding customer relations skills. 

In 2023, he was selected to fill a vacant Information Technology Specialist position, quickly becoming proficient with the requirements of that position. Some of his responsibilities in that role include application and configuration deployment for all staff members and computers in the organization, anti-virus application management and monitoring of our cyber security applications. 

During the months of July and August 2025, John was instrumental in the deployment of applications and security policies to all CTEC student laptops. Some of these applications are complicated to deploy and require extensive configuration while testing. John worked with the site technician to ensure all the applications were deployed as intended so student laptops would be ready to be issued prior to the first day of school. During the same time, John also worked with Securly to configure the integration between their Flex product and the Aeries Student Information System, which allowed CTEC staff to manage flexible schedules for their students. 

John has received numerous accolades and compliments from both staff and his peers for taking responsibility for their ownership of problems and working until the issue is resolved. He consistently meets users with a warm demeanor and welcoming smile.
